About TTROF
Care that grows with you.
A Long Island practice rooted in compassion, cultural understanding and evidence-based therapy. Now a team of three clinicians.
Our story
A practice built on love and resilience
TTROF Psychotherapy was founded by Dr. Orsline Fraser, PhD, LCSW-R, SIFI, on the unwavering belief that healing is possible for everyone.
With more than 18 years of experience treating addiction, co-occurring disorders, trauma and depression, Dr. Fraser has always worked in a way that is warm, direct and deeply human: understand the person first, then build the path forward together. As more clients found their way to her, the practice grew. Today TTROF brings together a small team of clinicians who share her conviction that everyone deserves personalized, compassionate mental health care.
In honor of Trent
TTROF stands as a living tribute to Trent, Dr. Fraser's beloved son, whose spirit of encouragement and steadfast support gave her the strength to pursue her greatest aspirations.
We see clients virtually throughout New York and Connecticut, so getting support never depends on a commute.

How do virtual sessions work?
All sessions take place over secure video. After you book, you'll receive clear instructions for joining. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
Where do I need to be during my sessions?
Because of state licensing rules, you'll need to be physically located in New York or Connecticut at the time of each session.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Appointments are often available within a week. You can see real-time availability for each therapist on Zocdoc, or book with the first available clinician.
How do I choose the right therapist?
Start by reading our therapist profiles to see whose experience and style resonate with you. If you're unsure, book with the first available therapist or call us at (347) 210-5449 and we'll help you find a good fit. If the fit doesn't feel right after you start, let us know.
What happens in the first session?
Your first session is a chance to get to know each other. Your therapist will ask what's bringing you in, a little about your history and what you'd like to change, and you'll begin shaping a plan together. It's also a good time to ask questions and see how the fit feels.
Who do you work with?
We work with young adults and adults (18+), both individuals and couples. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, addiction, grief, ADHD, cultural and identity stress, and life transitions.
What are your hours?
Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm Eastern Time.
Ready when you are.
Taking the first step is often the hardest part. We'll make the rest as simple as we can.
