Founder & Managing Director
Dr. Orsline Fraser
PhD, LCSW-R, SIFI
Psychotherapist · Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Dr. Orsline Fraser founded TTROF as a living tribute to her beloved son, Trent, whose encouragement and steadfast support gave her the strength to pursue her greatest aspirations. That same spirit of love and resilience, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone, shapes her work with every client.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 18 years of experience, she has spent her career treating addiction and co-occurring disorders and helping people move through trauma, depression, anxiety and the weight of everyday life.
Her style is relatable, humanistic and refreshingly direct: compassionate, yet willing to challenge you, with a focus on each client's particular strengths and needs. She has special experience easing psychological and emotional suffering for people from immigrant families and those adapting to new cultures, and she offers affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Work with Dr. Fraser begins with understanding your goals and challenges. Early sessions identify the key issues and lay the groundwork for reducing pain and resolving inner conflict, and later sessions build toward lasting growth. Her care is open and holistic, and it adapts as your needs change.
